Job summary

Referment is seeking a product manager to lead the data infrastructure behind its people analytics. You will connect human-capital, analytics and engineering teams to shape secure data products that support reporting, BI, and emerging generative-AI use cases.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of product-management experience in data or analytics.
• Experience with ETL, BI infrastructure, APIs and data modeling.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into concrete requirements.
• Experience collaborating with data engineers/scientists and software developers.
• Familiarity with generative AI platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design ETL transformations and data models for scalable datasets.
• Define API layer with centralised contracts and permissions for downstream consumers.
• Develop product direction for natural-language querying, semantic search and agentic workflows.
• Collaborate with reporting specialists, developers and data scientists to define technical solutions and detailed requirements.
• Manage the backlog, sprint planning, stakeholder relationships and rollout of changes across the data platform.
