You will manage a team of Data Engineers, drive data pipelines, feature stores, APIs, and data services, and collaborate with product management, data science, and engineering leadership to achieve strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software/data engineering or related technical disciplines.
• 3+ years in leadership roles overseeing engineering teams.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale data platforms, analytics, or ML infra.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop data engineering teams across one or more squads.
• Design and operate scalable batch, streaming, and real-time data platforms.
• Partner with data science, ML engineering, product, and senior tech leaders to drive initiatives.
