Job summary

Fusion Consulting is seeking an IT Project Manager with Data Domain focus to coordinate data platform initiatives across global teams. You will oversee initiation, planning, execution, and delivery of data governance, migration, and analytics projects, aligning with business stakeholders and external partners.

We value hands-on PM experience, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to manage risks, timelines, and dependencies in complex environments, including pharma-related programs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Data, Analytics, Data Platform and BI projects end to end.
• Hands-on PM with requirements gathering, data migration, testing, vendor coordination.
• Experience leading Data Engineers, Data Architects, BI teams, and business stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, metadata management, and regulatory requirements.
• Delivery of data transformation initiatives including roadmaps and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects within the Data Domain from initiation through delivery.
• Manage scope, timelines, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate activities across Data, IT, business teams and external vendors.
• Facilitate project meetings and stakeholder discussions.
• Track progress and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
• Support governance, reporting and status communication.
• Identify risks and blockers and drive mitigation actions.
• Ensure alignment between technical delivery and business needs.
• Support upcoming demand across the wider Data portfolio.
