• Proficient in Python programming and troubleshooting access controls.
• Experience with API development and integration (Databricks, GitLab, Confluence, etc.).
• Strong DevSecOps practices and security-minded engineering.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.
• Experience with GitLab for repository management, PRs, and code reviews.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot access control issues and Python library problems to keep systems running smoothly.
• Develop and maintain Databricks notebooks and workflows for auditing engineering practices.
• Leverage APIs from Databricks, GitLab, and Confluence to collect and analyze project activity data end-to-end.
• Assist leadership with evaluating and implementing new features and tools to improve the tech environment.
• Integrate JIRA and GitLab to improve visibility into project activities and explore GitLab on SIPR WDP for higher classification levels.
• Manage the Central team’s GitLab repository and set standards for MR and code reviews.
• Establish integrations between GitLab and Databricks to enable a CI pipeline across the team.
• Experience with DevSecOps, Jira, Confluence, and Python will be beneficial.
