Job summary

Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc. seeks a hands-on Data Platform Engineer to design, develop, and ship internal platforms that enhance organizational operations across Africa, Asia, and Latin America.

You will build scalable services for 2,000 users across 35 countries and productionize data products to support reporting and decision making. The role emphasizes security and AI-enabled systems that are easy for internal teams to adopt, with collaboration across technical and non-technical

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years of coding experience.
  • Proven backend and systems engineering skills.
  • Strong organizational instincts with the ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Genuine commitment to global health initiatives in resource-constrained contexts.
  • Familiarity with DBT, Superset, Javascript, React, Python, and PostgreSQL.

Hands-on and detail-driven, the full-time Data Platform Engineer will design, develop, and ship internal platforms to enhance organizational operations across Africa, Asia, and Latin America, utilizing cutting-edge technology to support health initiatives.
