Job summary

EXL is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to define and govern the end-to-end Microsoft Fabric / OneLake data platform architecture. You will translate business needs into scalable data models, establish standards, and drive architecture across engineering, governance, security, and BI teams.

Key focus areas include designing lakehouse architectures, semantic models for Power BI Direct Lake, and robust data governance using Purview.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in data/solution architecture with enterprise data platforms.
• 3+ years designing on Azure Fabric / OneLake and related tech.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data platform architecture for Fabric/OneLake.
• Define target-state data architecture and reference patterns.
• Lead design reviews with stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Ensure security, governance, and operational standards are met.
