Role Overview

You will be joining a newly formed Managed Services team that will maintain the customer infrastructure once the platform has been built and deployed.

Responsibilities

• Leading cloud‑native data platform implementations and managing complex projects for enterprise clients.
• Architecting and implementing large‑scale data platform projects on Snowflake, AWS, and Azure, driving strategic technical leadership for cloud‑native solutions.
• Leading data migration initiatives to cloud platforms—including Snowflake and Redshift—ensuring smooth integration of data lakes, data warehouses, and distributed systems.
• Optimizing platform performance and automation by identifying opportunities for enhancement and leading performance optimization for client data platform capabilities.
• Establishing robust security frameworks, implementing industry best practices and security standards, including comprehensive Data Governance across client environments.

Qualifications

• Background in DevOps, DBA, or Solutions Architect with a focus on infrastructure and operations for enterprise data platforms.
• Experience in client‑facing or consultative positions working with multiple clients simultaneously and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Snowflake SnowPro Core certification and strong Python skills for automation and operational efficiency preferred. Experience with Databricks is welcomed but not required.
• Strong project leadership and ability to drive strategic technical solutions.
