Job summary

FastTek Global in Lansing, MI is seeking a Data Warehouse Architect (Level 5) to drive enterprise data platform architecture, shaping data, analytics, and ML products aligned with the company strategy. You will lead cross-functional teams to implement robust data solutions and governance.

The role requires 5+ years in enterprise data platforms, TOGAF-based planning, and experience with RFI/RFP processes to select CSPs and vendors.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science / Data Science / Information Systems with 5+ years in enterprise data technology.
• Experience delivering data engineering strategies and adhering to enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Experience driving POCs, RFI/RFP processes, and vendor collaboration for EDP initiatives.
• Proven ability to align Data/Analytics/ML products with target state architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain architecture for enterprise data platforms with scalability and reliability.
• Oversee implementation of storage, streaming, and orchestration components.
• Establish governance for data quality, security, metadata, and compliance.
• Select hardware/software/tools for ETL, metadata, data profiling, and analytics tools.
