Job summary

Engineering Design Systems, Inc. is seeking a Performance and Tracking Program Specialist in Katy, TX to support Workforce Solutions operations by ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across service lines.

This role helps maintain compliance, generate performance insights, and drive data-informed decisions under supervision of the Performance Manager and Area Managers. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 2 years of experience in data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, information systems, data management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in data entry, reporting, auditing, or performance tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter, review, and validate customer records, case notes, and service data in internal systems.
• Perform cross-system audits to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop and run system queries to support program operations and performance tracking.
• Generate data reports and dashboards to support internal reviews and program analysis.
• Support compliance monitoring efforts by preparing documentation and assisting with corrective actions.
• Collaborate with program and operations teams to improve data collection processes and protocols.
• Ensure data governance standards are upheld in alignment with board and regulatory requirements.
• Leverage technology tools to streamline documentation, reduce errors, and improve reporting efficiency.
