Job summary

Platinum Technologies is seeking a Data Operations Technical Lead to join our team at MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL. The Data Operations Technical Lead provides leadership and oversight for data operations, digital project execution, and customer support activities.

This role serves as the primary interface between customers and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of requirements and operational objectives.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, Data Management, Engineering, Business Analytics or related technical field.
• Current DoD 8570-compliant certification.
• 8+ years of experience managing digital projects for SOF Enterprise customers.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Experience with requirements management and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and communications skills.
• Experience developing executive-level reports and briefings.

Responsibilities

Platinum Technologies is seeking an Data Operations Technical Lead to join our company. The Data Operations Technical Lead provides leadership and oversight for data operations, digital project execution, and customer support activities. This position serves as the primary interface between customers and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of requirements and operational objectives.

This role is onsite at MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL (Onsite)

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related technical discipline.
• Current DoD 8570-compliant certification.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience managing digital projects in support of SOF Enterprise customers.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Experience with requirements management and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience developing executive-level reports and briefings.

Desired Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience managing SOF Agile development processes.
• Three (3) years of experience managing SOF Data Operations processes and procedures.
• Three (3) years of experience managing SOF digital support request requirements.
• Experience coordinating customer and technical support teams.
• Experience implementing operational process improvements.
• Experience with enterprise service delivery management.
• Experience supporting geographically distributed organizations.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent technical initiatives.
