Job summary

Humxn is seeking an experienced project delivery professional to run data sourcing programs—from pilot batches to production. You will coordinate providers, experts and reviewers to ensure everyone works from the same spec and timelines.

You will monitor progress against acceptance criteria, flag risks early, and continuously improve our playbooks and tooling to accelerate repeatable delivery for data, research or services teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, program management or delivery for data, research or services teams.
• Calm, organized and able to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and basic scripts or internal tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run sourcing projects from pilot batch to production and standing orders.
• Coordinate experts, providers and reviewers, and align everyone to the same spec.
• Track progress against acceptance criteria and flag risks early.
• Improve our tools and playbooks with every project.
