Job summary

Brainlabs is seeking a Data Analyst to own the flow of data between our operational systems, our data warehouse and the rest of the business, ensuring data is structured, reliably synced and trustworthy as it moves into BigQuery and back into daily tools.

You will own HubSpot data as the system of record, build integrations, diagnose and fix discrepancies, and present live data clearly in Notion so client teams can inform day-to-day workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in designing and managing data structures, with data quality and governance.
• Able to translate non-technical briefs into actionable plans and explain solutions to stakeholders.
• Comfortable with fast-moving rollouts while planning for long-term architecture.
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines that handle repeated runs without duplication.
• Experience integrating data into data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake) via API-based integrations.
• Proficient in Python and SQL for automation, data movement, transformation and validation.
• Familiar with REST APIs and GCP tooling for building automated jobs.
• Version control hygiene (GitHub or similar) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrations moving operating system data into the data warehouse.
• Push data warehouse data back into operating systems to create complete workflows and data lifecycles
• Debug data discrepancies across source systems and downstream tools, automating solutions to prevent issues.
• Own HubSpot (or comparable CRM) data as system of record, including data quality and governance at scale.
• Work with finance, operations, and other teams, translating technical decisions for non-technical stakeholders.
