Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience with DW/BI and related tools.
• At least 1 year's experience with Data Modeling related tools.
• Understanding of Data Modeling architectural principles.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Project stakeholders to understand and document requirements.
• Develop, validate, and maintain logical and physical data models.
• Evaluate existing data models for variances and discrepancies.
• Work with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Take part in data quality and governance processes.

Skills

Strong experience in databases like Teradata, Netezza, or Oracle

Good experience in Unix environment

Industry standard data modeling tools like Erwin

Good working knowledge of Data warehousing concepts

Performance tuning in DW environment

Data modeling using Dimensional and ER-Model

Industry Standard Reporting/ETL tools

Banking and Financial Domain Knowledge

Education

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent

Three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education
