• Define data standards, naming conventions, data relationships, and modeling best practices.
• Perform data profiling, mapping, normalization, and denormalization as required.
• Support data warehouse, data lake, ETL/ELT, and data integration initiatives.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, performance, and compliance with governance standards.
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate cross-functional team delivery.

We are seeking an experienced Data Modeler with strong expertise in data architecture, data modeling, and database design, along with PMP certification and project management experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining conceptual, logical, and physical data models, collaborating with business and technical teams, and ensuring data consistency, quality, scalability, and alignment with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective data models and database structures.
• Develop and maintain Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs), data dictionaries, and metadata documentation.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, data engineers, application developers, and project stakeholders.
• Define data standards, naming conventions, data relationships, and modeling best practices.
• Perform data profiling, data mapping, normalization, and denormalization as required.
• Support data warehouse, data lake, ETL/ELT, and data integration initiatives.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, performance, and compliance with enterprise data governance standards.
• Identify data quality issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications using established project management practices.
• Lead project meetings, track milestones, and provide status reports to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of data modeling and database design activities.
