Job summary

Red Bull North America in Santa Monica is seeking a senior analytics professional to lead data analysis across ecommerce and retailer platforms. You will translate business needs into actionable insights, collaborate with vendors, and shape data-driven strategies for beverage and consumer goods initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in analytics, strong SQL/Tableau/Excel skills, project management experience, and familiarity with retail media ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in analytics or related fields with 2+ years in eCommerce.
• Proficient with data analysis tools (SQL, Tableau, Excel) to translate requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Vendor/consultant management and contract negotiation experience.
• Fluency in retail media platforms and knowledge of their roadmaps.
• Experience with retailer data, digital shelf data, or B2B eCommerce data ecosystems.
• Experience in beverage/CPG/FMCG industries preferred.
• Project management across multiple internal and vendor workstreams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
• Knowledge of data modeling concepts (preferred).

Job description

• 6+ years of work experience in analytics, data analysis, or related fields, with at least 2 years of experience with eCommerce
• Working knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Excel) sufficient to translate business requirements and validate vendor/IT output
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Vendor/consultant management and contract negotiation experience
• Retail media and retailer platform fluency (e.g., Amazon, Walmart Connect, Target/Roundel) and familiarity with their technology roadmaps
• Experience working with retailer data, digital shelf data, product content syndication, or related B2B eCommerce data ecosystems.
• Experience in beverage, CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods), or FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industries preferred
• Project management experience, with the ability to manage priorities, requirements, dependencies, and delivery risks across multiple concurrent internal and vendor supported workstreams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
• Preferred: Knowledge of data modeling concepts, including data grain, dimensions, hierarchies, mappings, and relationships, with the ability to translate business requirements and evaluate data structures.
