Job summary

ClinChoice is seeking a Lead Data Manager to oversee data management activities for clinical trials in a fast-paced CRO environment. You will lead database setup, conduct, and close-out while guiding cross-functional teams to meet timelines and ensure data quality.

The role emphasizes developing DM documents, editing rules, performing UAT, and providing training to clinical teams and sites. Candidates should have strong EDC knowledge and at least 3 years of DM experience in pharma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in clinical, pharmacy, biological, mathematical sciences, or nursing.
• At least 3 years of data management experience in the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of EDC systems.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to maintain project timelines and deliver high quality DM deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop critical DM documents, edit rules, query logic, and perform User Acceptance Testing.
• Provide training to clinical teams and sites, and support data review, reconciliation, and database lock activities.
• Coordinate archiving of study databases and maintain client satisfaction through high quality service.
