Job summary

IronMountain Solutions LLC in Huntsville, AL, is seeking a Data Manager to support Foreign Military Sales and the International Apache Product Office. This full-time, in-office position requires strong data management skills and experience with contract data deliverables.

You will review SOWs, CDRLs, and DSLs, coordinate with engineers and SMEs, and ensure compliance with DD Form 1423 and DIDs. A Secret clearance is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least five years of data management experience.
• Thorough knowledge of generating DD Form 1423s and DSLs, including DIDs and Distribution Statements.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in configuration management, technical editing, and automated workflow processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support PM Apache as Data Manager in reviewing and assisting with generating Statements of Work, (SOWs), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), Document Summary Lists (DSLs), and all other pre-contract award materials.
• Review contract deliverables to verify compliance with requirements, as defined in the contract, DD Form 1423, and the Data Item Description (DID). This includes working with the vendor to resolve any discrepancies.
• Review and ensure outgoing USG CDRL disposition letters are accurate and complete.
• Review and process technical review taskers.
• Work with Technical Leads, engineers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure deliverables are properly reviewed and adjudicated.

Data Manager Work Location: Huntsville, Alabama Schedule: Full Time 40 hours per week; 8 hours per day in office (remote work is not authorized) Relocation: Negotiable IronMountain Solutions LLC is seeking a highly qualified Data Manager supporting Foreign Military Sales and the International Apache Product Office (IAPO) within the Apache Attack Helicopter Project Management Office (AAH-PMO) based in the Huntsville, AL area. Candidates should have excellent organizational and communication skills with experience in Database Management software. This position will work closely with other engineers, pilots, technicians, government contracting agencies, and vendors.
