Job summary

CA CI International Inc. is seeking a Production/Student Transaction Manager to support CNATRA’s NAPP training effort at NAS Kingsville, TX. The role includes data tracking, reporting, and reconciliation across CeTARS and NIPDR systems.

The ideal candidate will have a US citizenship, a Secret clearance, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus familiarity with CeTARS and related data tools. This is a full-time on-site position at TRAWING 2, NAS Kingsville.

Qualifications

• US citizen required.
• Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of functional analysis experience preferred.
• Experience with CeTARS, NIPDR and TSHARP.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel (intermediate-advanced), PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Track and report the status of student training and hours.
• Enter data into NAPP data systems (NIPDR) and CeTARS.
• Reconcile discrepancies between CeTARS and legacy databases.
• Prepare briefs on production status and NAPP initiatives.
• Collaborate with CNATRA and government representatives.
• Coordinate with team members electronically, by phone, or in person.
