Mississippi State University is seeking a Data Management Specialist in Starkville, MS, to ensure the accuracy and integrity of alumni and donor information. The role involves maintaining constituent records, processing batches, and performing data stewardship in Blackbaud CRM and related systems.
You will support data quality initiatives, verify records, and assist with annual Data Services projects while upholding established standards and procedures.
The Data Management Specialist supports the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of alumni and donor information through constituent record maintenance, data processing, and routine data stewardship activities. This position performs a variety of data entry, record management, and batch processing functions that support Shared Advancement Services. The Data Management Specialist works closely with Data Services staff to ensure constituent information is maintained in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
