Job summary

Deloitte’s AI & Data practice in Austin seeks a Data Management Engineer III to drive technology-focused client delivery across complex engagements. You will manage executive stakeholders and lead streams from requirements to deployment, ensuring design, prototyping, testing, and training are aligned with client goals.

Required: 4+ years in techno-functional CCM, 2+ years with OpenText Exstream v16.6+, Bachelor's degree, and up to 50% travel. Immigration sponsorship may be available.

Qualifications

• 4+ years techno-functional experience with content and customer communications management solutions.
• 2+ years hands-on experience implementing OpenText Communications (Exstream; v16.6+) for CCM and document generation, migrating from StreamServe or another legacy CCM platform.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients you serve.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients, stakeholders, and sponsors.
• Deliver components of client engagements focused on identifying, designing, and implementing technology and business solutions.
• Lead workstreams involving business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures.
• Develop project scope, schedules, resource plans, and deliverables; monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
