Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a Data Management Intern in Omaha to help transform processes with data, analytics, and AI. You will partner with business and technology teams to identify opportunities, develop insights, and build automated solutions that drive measurable value.

During May–August 2027, you will work on dashboards, data-driven improvements, and proofs-of-concept using tools like Power BI and Power Platform while relocating to Omaha, NE if needed.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degree program with at least one semester remaining after internship.
• Pursuing MIS, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, CS, IT, Data Science, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Interest in automation, analytics, AI, and digital transformation; strong communication to translate data into business insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and data-driven improvements.
• Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support leadership decisions.
• Develop Proof-of-Concepts using technologies like Power BI, Databricks, and AI tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational challenges into technical solutions.

You don’t have to stress about getting to your new city or where you’re going to live. Summer relocation and housing is provided by Conagra as needed. Summer Send Off. What can you expect from your internship?

Over the course of the internship, you may:

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation, AI, and data-driven improvements.
• Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations that help leaders make better business decisions.
• Develop proof‑of‑concepts using modern technologies such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Power Platform, Copilot, and AI solutions.
• Work alongside business stakeholders to translate operational challenges into scalable technical solutions.
• Support the design of intelligent workflows, automations, and AI‑enabled business processes.
• Explore emerging technologies and evaluate how they can create efficiencies, insights, and competitive advantages.
• Present recommendations and project outcomes to business and technology leaders.
• Build skills that bridge business strategy, process improvement, analytics, automation, and technology delivery.

Do you have what it takes?

You are enrolled in a degree program with at least one semester remaining following the internship. You are pursuing a degree in:

You have a passion for using technology, data, and innovation to solve business problems. You are curious about automation, artificial intelligence, analytics, digital transformation, or emerging technologies. You enjoy combining analytical thinking with business problem-solving. You have strong communication skills and can translate data and technical concepts into business insights. Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, Power Platform, AI tools, analytics platforms, or automation technologies is a plus but not required. You are willing to relocate to Omaha, NE for the duration of the internship.
