Required:
- High School Diploma or GED in English.
- Two (2) years of related experience.
- Ability to operate personal computer and software to develop spreadsheets, databases, and word processing.
- Ability to use standard office equipment.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Anticipates and schedules work needed at specific times of the year; establishes efficient procedures for tasks.
- Enters data from source documents into the computer following screen formats; keys and verifies results; sets up student numbers, course numbers, dates, directories, school parameters and codes.
- Compares entered data with source documents or re-enters data in verification format to detect errors.
- Compiles, sorts and verifies accuracy of data; corrects errors; deletes incorrect entries and re-enters correct data.
- Creates, verifies, requests, updates and maintains student records (academic achievement, grades, demographic, attendance, proof of address, etc.); corrects errors prior to processing.
- Maintains an accurate accountability of all records and files.
- Prints reports using database information, including attendance reports, class or personnel rosters, end‑of‑semester reports, or accounting reports.
- Registers new students or employees and issues computer numbers.
- Checks records/folders to verify documentation and placement.
- Organizes and prepares records to forward to campuses/departments timely.
- Prepares and submits reports as required by the Principal/Supervisor and submits them on time.
- Maintains all data for PEIMS current.
- Assists with testing, survey administration or other data collection procedures.
- Posts test results in a timely manner.
- Follows prescribed procedures in interpreting data and processes records efficiently.
- Promotes safety, health and comfort of students and employees in performing duties.
- Follows safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties.
- Maintains confidentiality.
- Exhibits high ethical behavior.
- Maintains professional growth by attending in‑services and meetings as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Position Type: Full‑Time
Salary: $16.40 per hour
