Job summary

Meta is seeking a Data Licensing Lead for the Meta Superintelligence Labs organization, based in Menlo Park, CA. The role manages end-to-end data licensing agreements, partnering with BD, Legal, Policy, Research, Engineering, and Finance to secure high-quality datasets for frontier AI models and research initiatives.

The candidate will drive cross-functional programs, handle sensitive negotiations with discretion, and navigate a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with entrepreneurial acumen.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in program management, business development, licensing, partnerships, or related operational roles in tech/AI.
• Experience managing complex licensing, procurement, or partnerships with Legal, Finance, and technical teams.
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to present executive briefs and recommendations.
• Experience with data-intensive programs, data rights, IP, content licensing, or data governance frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management for cross-functional and external partner alignment.
• Direct experience with AI/ML data licensing, training data procurement, or data partnerships in research or product AI org.
• Familiarity with AI data ecosystem, data marketplaces, content licensing models, synthetic data, and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of data licensing agreements for Meta Superintelligence Labs.
• Partner with Business Development, Legal, Policy, Research, Engineering, and Finance to identify, evaluate, negotiate, and operationalize data licensing partnerships.
• Navigate complex, cross-functional workstreams with speed and precision, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
• Drive data licensing operations at pace and scale for frontier AI models and research initiatives.
• Support senior leadership with strategic and execution-oriented program management in a fast-paced AI environment.
