Foodbuy, a leader in procurement and supply chain solutions, seeks a Data Intelligence Pricing Manager in Charlotte, NC. You will influence pricing strategy across hundreds of client accounts and report to the Value Pricing & Analytics team, delivering data-driven recommendations and measurable business value.

You will analyze complex business challenges, identify trends, and communicate insights that drive decisions, partnering with advisory and other stakeholders, while advancing pricing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or related area.
• 3-5 years’ experience in an analyst/consulting/management role.
• MBA, Six Sigma, and/or external consulting experience preferred.
• Experience with large datasets using Excel; familiarity with Power BI and other analytics tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Understand corporate pricing strategies to identify opportunities for improvement and maximize financial impact.
• Partner with Advisory to gather client insights and translate analytics into actionable recommendations.
• Develop pricing assessments by analyzing financial, operational, market, and client data to align with enterprise pricing strategy.
• Communicate findings, pricing recommendations, and insights to internal stakeholders for informed decisions.
• Develop analytical tools and reporting solutions to improve pricing visibility and drive revenue growth and margin optimization.
• Drive continuous improvement by challenging processes and introducing new ideas in pricing analytics.

Job Summary

Join a Fortune 500 company and team responsible for influencing pricing strategy across hundreds of client accounts. As a Data Intelligence Pricing Manager, reporting to the Value Pricing & Analytics team, you’ll work on initiatives designed to drive measurable business value through data-driven pricing recommendations, analytical insights, and continuous innovation. A successful candidate will be a strategic thinker who can analyze complex business challenges, develop actionable pricing strategies, identify emerging trends and opportunities, and communicate insights that influence decision‑making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Understand corporate pricing strategies in order to identify opportunities for improvement and maximize financial impacts
• Partner closely with Advisory to gather key client insights, understand business objectives, and translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations
• Develop comprehensive pricing assessments by analyzing financial, operational, market, and client‑specific data to deliver data-driven pricing recommendations aligned with enterprise pricing strategy
• Clearly communicate analytical findings, pricing recommendations, and key business insights to internal stakeholders, enabling informed decision‑making
• Develop analytical tools and reporting solutions that improve pricing visibility and decision‑making while driving revenue growth and margin optimization across the organization
• Drive continuous improvement by challenging existing processes, introducing new ideas, and influencing how pricing and analytics solutions are developed and delivered

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Business, Finance, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
• 3-5 years’ experience in an analyst, consultant, or management role
• MBA, Six Sigma, and/or external consulting experience preferred
• Experience working with large datasets using Excel; familiarity with Power BI, and other analytics tools is a plus
• Experience translating complex analytical findings into actionable business recommendations
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) with all levels of an organization
• Microsoft Office applications. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Critical thinker – ability to challenge the norm and offer healthy skepticism, imagination, and thinking outside the box
• Problem‑Solving skills – demonstrates fluidity to shift between the big picture and details.
• Effective and engaging communicator – ability to frame out complex scenarios in an easy to understand manner
• Multi‑discipline – experience across functions and industries
• Continuous improvement mindset - proactively identifies opportunities to improve analytical processes, reporting, and pricing methodologies
