Job summary

EY’s Assurance - Data and Intelligence Delivery Internship for Summer 2027 invites you to gain hands-on experience in data analytics, data quality, and insights generation across diverse sectors. You’ll learn analytics tools during an extensive on‑the‑job training and later support local and global engagement teams on projects.

You’ll build strong data skills, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and develop client-ready insights while exploring responsible use of data and AI in decision

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong critical thinking and verbal/written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when necessary.
• Access to reliable transportation to EY offices and client sites; driver’s license recommended.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Curiosity about data, analytics, automation, AI, and emerging tech.
• Detail-oriented in reviewing data, testing outputs, and documenting work.
• GPA of 3.0 or above.

Responsibilities

• Collect, combine, and explore data to create insights for client decision-making.
• Perform quality checks on data deliverables to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Proactively communicate project and task status to stakeholders.
• Build productive relationships with clients and team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Utilize technology to learn and develop skills in data analytics and visualization.
• Collaborate to develop and integrate enhanced policies, processes, and technologies addressing client needs.
