Job summary

Konecranes is seeking a Data Integrity Specialist to manage system data for production and purchasing orders. The role involves creating BOMs, loading routings, and reviewing SAP cost analyses while coordinating with engineering, sales, and purchasing teams.

The position is full-time, hybrid, with travel for orientation. Proficiency with Efecte, SAP, Teamcenter, and Alfresco is preferred, along with strong Excel/Outlook skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret Engineering drawings.
• Experience or familiarity with SAP for manufacturing data setup.
• Knowledge of production planning principles and BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Create and update system data for Production orders and Purchase orders.
• Daily interface with multiple groups to set up parts in SAP.
• Create and check BOMs and load manufacturing routings.
• Review cost analysis in SAP.
• Travel to training sites as needed.
• Carry out data setup to ensure on-time delivery.

Job Description

POSITION TITLE: Data Integrity Specialist

REPORTS TO: Data Integrity Team Lead

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
With the help of Efecte, review requests from Engineering, In-side sales, Service and other groups to create System Data for Production orders and Purchase orders. Create and check BOMs, load manufacturing routings, review cost analysis in SAP. Person must work with other team members, Engineering, Order entry, In-side Sales, Purchasing, Service and Manufacturing groups.
Daily, the new employee will have to take requests from multiple groups to set up parts in SAP application software to ensure on-time delivery to our customers.

• Create and update system data
• Daily interface with employees
• Ability to interpret Engineering drawings
• Component research
• Understand manufacturing processes for in-house components
• Storage of obtained information for future use in SAP
• Use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
• Handle constant change
• Working in a production planning environment

Candidate will travel to Ohio and Wisconsin for initial orientation and training.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Position requires use of software such as Efecte, SAP, Teamcenter and Alfresco. Previous experience with these programs is preferred.
