Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5 years of data architecture and implementation experience using Microsoft Azure, cloud-based systems, and modern integration and data technologies.
  • 5 years of experience in cloud data storage and solutions (e.g., Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, SQL Server, Azure Data Factory).
  • 5 years of experience data modeling, data mapping, and data profiling.
  • 5 years of experience designing and implementing scalable modern master data management and data quality processes.
  • 5 years of experience implementing and working with data governance and data management solutions.
  • 10 years of experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases.
  • Experience with enterprise integrations (Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi).
  • Experience with data streaming and IoT data capture technologies.
  • Experience integrating regulatory compliance and data privacy requirements into architectural designs.

Responsibilities

  • Design, deliver, and evolve data architecture standards to meet long-term strategic data goals and vision.
  • Identify, validate, and implement tactical plans and solutions to achieve overall data management roadmap.
  • Establish and maintain standard integration technologies for greater enterprise agility and improving solution delivery.
  • Govern data quality, data lineage, and the maintenance of master and reference data.
  • Collaborate with development, data engineering, and data stewards to improve data quality and governance.
  • Document and maintain current and target state data architecture.
  • Identify data reuse, migration, or retirement opportunities.
  • Track and report progress of data management improvements to leadership.

EnLink Midstream is seeking a seasoned data professional that will be responsible for the design and implementation of data management practices, reusable design patterns, and evolving the data services roadmap in partnership with business stakeholders. As a member of Enlink's Applications, Data, and Integrations Services team, you will operate with an enterprise-wide objective as well as a project-level involvement to design, pragmatically implement, and help scale data solutions for business and operational intelligence. The role will have an equal focus on standardizing our integration technologies across hybrid (cloud and on‑premises) platforms and applications.

Strategy & Planning
  • Design, deliver, and evolve data architecture standards to meet long-term strategic data goals and vision.
  • Identify, validate, and implement tactical plans and solutions to achieve overall data management roadmap.
  • Establish and maintain standard integration technologies for greater enterprise agility and improving solution delivery.
  • Implement and oversee processes for governing the accuracy and efficiency in the identification, collection, and maintenance of operational and analytical master and reference data.
  • Establish standards, procedures, and report measurable improvements in reaching data quality objectives.
  • Conduct data capacity and lifecycle management planning by gathering usage requirements and executing feasibility studies and proof of concepts.
Deployments
  • Partner with development teams, vendors, project managers, and business stakeholders to assess and implement integrations adhering to defined standards.
  • Evaluate and recommend products and/or services that best meet company objectives, in support of the long‑term data management goals.
  • Maintain key vendor partnerships to support the overall data strategy.
  • Recommend and implement solutions that best support governance and stewardship objectives for managing data across the organization.
Operations
  • Develop and promote data management methodologies and standards.
  • Oversee the mapping of data sources, data movement, interfaces and analytics, with the goal of ensuring data quality.
  • Work with development staff, data engineering, and data stewards to implement improvements plan to meet data quality and governance goals.
  • Document and maintain the current and target state data architecture.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for data reuse, migration, and/or retirement.
  • Track and report progress of data management improvements to leadership and data stewards.
