Job summary

Toho Water Authority is seeking a Data Analyst I–III to serve as an analytical partner between Information Technology and Customer Service within the CIS. The role focuses on data and process improvements, turning data into actionable information that strengthens day-to-day operations.

The Data Analyst will develop recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and KPIs, working with multiple departments to improve system utilization and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED from an approved GED Administrator.
• Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in data analysis, BI, reporting or related analytics.
• Must possess and maintain a valid State of Florida Class E Driver's License.
• SQL Queries: Proven, hands-on experience writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and integration

Responsibilities

• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data from multiple sources to identify trends.
• Develops dashboards, reports, scorecards, and other analytical tools for leaders.
• Partners with departments to translate needs into effective data solutions.
• Identifies opportunities to automate reporting and improve data quality and processes.
• Documents analytical methodologies and promotes data governance.
