ODW Logistics, Inc is seeking a Solutions Analyst to support the analytics team by cleaning and analyzing internal and external data and helping create company-wide metrics that drive decisions.

You will develop a deep understanding of data from both technical and business perspectives, compile datasets from multiple sources, monitor data quality, and collaborate with leaders to identify improvements and communicate insights clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Background in computer science, data science, engineering, information systems, or economics.
• Strong business acumen and financial literacy.
• Experience in supply chain or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of data from both technical and functional/business perspectives.
• Compile data from multiple sources into a single, consumable dataset.
• Identify and develop metrics to track performance and highlight issues.
• Monitor data quality and maintain key data processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data quality improvements.
• Document data processes and workflows when building out analyses.
