Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Data Insight professional to research and answer thousands of data questions monthly, spanning Consumer Center, Compliance, Product, Sales, and Support. You will collaborate with business and tech teams to improve data quality, resolve disputes, and ensure regulatory compliance while building visualizations for actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data or business analysis with an analytical competency demonstrated.
• Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science preferred or equivalent experience).
• Highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with AI-powered tools to accelerate research, analysis, reporting, documentation, and workflow efficiency.
• Experience with SQL and data visualization in Power BI; familiarity with data governance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology teams to improve data quality and resolve data integrity issues.
• Research and resolve complex data and data linking questions, issues and disputes.
• Execute data research and initiatives related to regulatory compliance laws affecting data collection and disclosure.
• Build visualizations enabling impactful business insights.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate research and reporting.
