Job summary

Amazon FBA is seeking a data-savvy Business Analyst to create, report on, and monitor business and operations metrics across our fast-growing teams.

You will build scalable datasets, dashboards, and automated reports, partnering with business owners to answer critical questions and drive data-driven decisions that impact the customer experience.

This role requires strong Excel/SQL skills, experience with Tableau, and the ability to translate complex data into executive-ready insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• 5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience
• 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience
• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
• Experience with Excel
• Experience with SQL
• Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
• 3+ years of business analyst, data analyst or similar role experience
• Demonstrated experience leveraging generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity
• Experience identifying opportunities to integrate AI solutions into products and services to drive business value.
