Job summary

AdvancedPCB is seeking a data engineering professional to design, implement, and maintain robust data infrastructure supporting enterprise applications, analytics, reporting and operations. The role blends DevOps with data technologies, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and data integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a field of science or engineering plus three years of experience in software development, data analysis and ET, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Python and Python 3.x.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL, Progress, Oracle, MySQL.
• Containers: Docker, Kubernetes (preferably on Azure).
• Experience with UNIX/Linux (RedHat/CentOS/Oracle).
• Version control using Git/GitHub.

Responsibilities

• Automate and optimize processes by building infrastructure as code and monitoring pipelines.
• Develop ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data into a warehouse or analytical model.
• Configure operational/analytical databases and build data marts.
• Optimize ETL pipelines and integrate data interfaces and APIs.
• Create visualizations using PowerBI and other tools.
• Follow SDLC and maintain high quality software.
• Learn quickly and automate deployment of solutions.
• Continuously evaluate new approaches and tools for improvement.
• Maintain SLAs, SLIs, SLOs and monitor system performance.
• Document work and prepare technical specifications.
• Maintain revision control of developed software.
