Vantage Data Centers Management Company LLC is seeking a mid-level Data Infrastructure and Systems Specialist to support the Utility Billing team. You will ensure the reliability and automation of energy metering data across North American facilities, coordinating with Construction, Site Operations, IT, and Billing teams.

Based in Denver, Ashburn, or Atlanta with a 3 on-site / 2 flexible work policy, you will drive data ingestion, validation, and billing readiness for new and existing facilities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of experience supporting production databases, data systems, or data-intensive applications.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL for reporting, data validation, troubleshooting, and reconciliation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash; Golang and/or Java is a plus.
• Experience with GitHub, Azure DevOps, Azure Data Lake, CI/CD, and Liquibase.
• Understanding of database structures, data pipelines, data quality controls, and performance considerations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; clear written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Design and support database tables, views, stored procedures, and functions with the DBA and GSD teams.
• Develop and maintain backend services and automation for billing operations and data workflows.
• Monitor end-to-end data pipelines from site meters to PostgreSQL/SQL Server stores; validate data flow and flag issues.
• Perform data reconciliation and automate error handling; investigate discrepancies across layers.
• Support monthly utility billing cycles and ad hoc data requests from management and cross-functional teams.
• Onboard new buildings with data provisioning, validation, and billing readiness testing.
• Collaborate with Construction, Operations, IT, and Data teams to improve data accuracy and system performance.
