Job summary

TrueBridge Capital Partners is seeking a Data Impact Analyst to join the Operations Team in a full-time role. The candidate will work under the Data Impact Manager, writing SQL, building dbt models, and maintaining GitHub Actions workflows, with responsibilities spanning data quality, analytics views, and app development.

Ideal candidates have experience with SQL, dbt, Snowflake, and associated data engineering tools, and a comfort with cloud-based data platforms.

Qualifications

• Proficient in writing complex SQL queries with multi-joins and window functions.
• Experience or education around dbt modeling and transformation.
• Familiarity with Docker for containerized apps and GitHub-based CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with Snowflake features like Snowpark and secure views is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and extend the layered SQL architecture in Snowflake.
• Write and optimize SQL for staging tables and data enrichment.
• Build and maintain analytics views and dbt models across layers.
• Configure dbt profiles for Snowflake connectivity and routing.
• Contribute to web app development and client-side data aggregation logic.
• Monitor data pipeline health and support incident response.
