Job Description

We are seeking a candidate with a solid understanding of data governance concepts, including experience with metadata analysis and data quality. Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms related to data governance is preferred.

Key Qualifications:

• Data Governance background and experience with platforms like Collibra or similar tools.
• Experience with visualization platforms such as Tableau or Looker.
• Proficiency in basic data concepts including management, modeling, and data curation/wrangling.
• Strong organizational, self-motivation, and proactive initiative-taking skills.
• Ability to analyze complex processes into manageable sub-processes.
• Excellent communication skills—oral, written, and presentation.
• Effective meeting facilitation and cultural sensitivity when communicating across various organizational levels.
• Preferred software experience includes Collibra or similar Data Governance tools, ERP systems like Oracle, Reference Data Management software such as Symedical, and SQL.
• Flexible, open-minded, and able to understand perspectives from corporate to local levels while maintaining customer focus.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments and collaboratively within teams.
• Strong relationship-building skills with peers and leaders, emphasizing trust and credibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Science, Technology, or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
• Healthcare environment experience is preferred.
• Experience in Data Governance is preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations, ERP data management, and system interrelationships is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of backend database configurations and processes.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) at an advanced level.
