Governance & Consent Order Data Lead BA/ PM
We are seeking a hands-on IT professional with strong data governance, analytics, and stakeholder management skills to support a high-visibility Consent Order program. This role will drive data quality, manage Technology Book of Work, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, partnering with senior stakeholders to maintain and enhance plan integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead data analysis to identify and resolve anomalies in the Consent Order plan and ensure milestone linkage accuracy.
- Manage the Technology Book of Work, ensuring adherence to governance, reporting, and compliance standards.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, influence decisions, and support change management and audit readiness processes.
- Create executive-level dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate data insights and program status.
- Establish data controls, storage mechanisms, and ensure audit traceability.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in financial services, consulting, or technology.
- Strong data analytics skills with experience handling large datasets and data issue resolution.
- Expertise in governance, risk, and compliance for regulatory programs (Consent Order or audit experience is a strong plus).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including at senior leadership and regulatory levels.
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint & Excel; experience in process mapping or consulting is a plus.
- Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations and drive change.
