Job summary

Attain Partners is seeking a Data Governance Lead - Senior Manager to build, lead, and grow the firm’s Data Governance capabilities while delivering hands-on client work. You will oversee governance programs, metadata management, and data quality initiatives across multiple client engagements.

The role combines governance framework design, ownership models, and cross-functional leadership with Databricks and modern cloud data platforms.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading data governance programs and teams.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise data platforms and governance best practices.
• Familiarity with data catalog, metadata management, and data quality.
• Ability to engage with executives and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead enterprise Data Governance program roadmaps.

• Drive metadata, catalog, and lineage initiatives across the organization.
• Lead governance councils and executive reporting.
