Job summary

Teradyne is seeking a Data Governance Analyst to design, implement, and scale data governance across Customer, Supplier, and Product data. You will collaborate with data owners, stewards, architects, and engineers to define rules and ownership models.

Responsibilities include building data quality checks, metadata, glossaries, and lineage documentation; integrating governance into data pipelines, ERP, and analytics; and supporting training and adoption for teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in data governance, data quality, data engineering, analytics engineering, or a related data role.
• Working knowledge of data governance concepts such as data ownership and stewardship, business glossaries and metadata management, and data quality dimensions and controls.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, relational databases, data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical governance solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify and resolve data quality issues across source systems and downstream platforms.
• Experience with data governance, data quality, or catalog tools such as Informatica, Collibra, Alation, Atlan, or similar platforms.
• Exposure to ERP systems such as Oracle and master data domains.
• Experience supporting analytics, reporting, or AI/ML use cases.
• Familiarity with data privacy and compliance concepts such as GDPR and SOX.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with data owners, stewards, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders.

Compensation:

The base salary range for this role is $116,900 - $187,100. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.

Incentive Plan:

This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
