Hudson Insurance Group is seeking a Data Governance Analyst to help expand and mature our enterprise data governance program supporting our P&C insurance business. This role partners closely with the Data Governance Manager, business stakeholders, data stewards, and technical teams to improve data quality, strengthen metadata management, establish governance standards, and increase trust in enterprise data. The ideal candidate combines a strong technical understanding of data governance and enterprise data management with exceptional communication skills, translating complex data concepts into clear, actionable business insights. This individual takes a collaborative approach to partnering across business and data teams and is comfortable contributing ideas and influencing outcomes within an evolving governance function. Please note this role requires a level of on-site collaboration in our New York City office.
In New York City, NY the pay range for this role is $90,000-125,000. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This range is specific to New York City, NY and may not be applicable to other locations.
