Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, CS, math, stats, engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Foundational knowledge of data analytics principles, statistical methods, and analytical problem-solving techniques.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge or familiarity of SQL, Python or other database querying languages.
• Familiar with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Gather data from various sources and integrate into comprehensive datasets for analysis.
• Clean, validate, and prepare datasets to ensure data accuracy and usability.
• Maintain organized datasets and documentation while identifying data quality issues.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and operational insights.
• Support forecasting, resource planning, utilization reporting, budgeting, and operational analysis.
• Prepare summaries and materials that communicate analytical findings to stakeholders.
• Develop, update, and maintain reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Prepare presentation materials and data outputs for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Review data assumptions and reporting deliverables to support planning.
• Conduct QA/QC activities to ensure data quality and reporting accuracy.
