Job summary

Metas Solutions, a federal-focused consulting firm, seeks a Data Facilitator / Customer Service Support Analyst in the Atlanta metro area. The role supports data assets, access management, and cloud analytics, working closely with EDAV resources and multiple internal teams.

You will coordinate data releases, respond to inquiries, document discussions, and manage service tickets. Strong communication and organized, detail-oriented work style are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in customer support or issue triage.
• Preferred Data Science or Public Health degree with data analysis focus.
• Experience with ticket management or service platforms like JIRA or Dynamics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as data asset coordinator managing data acquisitions and access readiness.
• Deliver user support and liaison services; document discussions and maintain communication.
• Operate support desk functions: monitor tickets, resolve routine issues, escalate trends.
• Provide user provisioning and access management for MUST drives, cloud data services, and analytic tools.
• Liaise between users and EDAV resources to support navigation of cloud platforms and tools.
• Collaborate with Data Hub support teams to coordinate issue resolution and service delivery.
• Create and update operational documentation; participate in monthly reviews.
• Update Jira tickets and weekly status docs with progress and priorities.
