Job summary

Judi Health in the United States seeks a Data Accumulations Specialist to collaborate with data exchange partners and internal teams to develop integrated member accumulations feeds and ensure accuracy at Capital Rx.

You will triage accumulation issues, monitor data integrity, and support resolution of transfer and management errors across systems. Engagement includes vendor changes and client migrations within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1+ years of experience in PBM, Healthcare, Data Exchange, or Integrated Accumulations.
• Ability to map PBM concepts and data fields across systems to ensure data transfer accuracy.
• Ability to analyze complex business problems to identify root causes.
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, JSON; strong data skills preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented problem solver capable of prioritizing in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated member accumulations data exchange feeds with partners and internal teams.
• Coordinate and triage accumulation issues across internal and external teams.
• Identify and resolve errors in transferring, loading, and managing accumulation data.
• Monitor system status and data integrity to spot potential abnormalities.
• Ensure issues are resolved per standards and service levels and audited for accuracy.
• Assist with data integrity validation through audits and reconciliations.
• Participate in projects affecting accumulation data, including vendor changes and migrations.
• Adhere to Judi Health Code of Conduct and report noncompliance.

Location: Hybrid 3 days (offices in NYC, Denver, CO and Charlotte, NC area)

Position Responsibilities

• Work with data exchange partners and internal teams to develop integrated member accumulations data exchange feeds and ensure the accuracy of integrated accumulations at Capital Rx
• Serving as a point of coordination for member accumulation issue identification and issue resolution with internal teams and external integration partners
• Identify and triage accumulation issues and support the resolution of all errors related to transferring, loading, and management of integrated accumulation data
• Proactively monitoring system status and accumulation management data to quickly identify potential abnormalities that might impact quality and accuracy
• Ensuring that all issues and errors are resolved using designated operating standards and within defined service levels
• Assist with the validation of accumulation data integrity through regular audits and reconciliation processes
• Participate in projects with accumulation impacts including vendor changes, client migrations, and client add-on requests
• Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct including reporting of noncompliance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ years of previous work experience, preferably in PBM, Healthcare, Data Exchange, and Integrated Accumulations
• Ability to match key PBM concepts and data fields across various systems and file layouts to ensure consistency and accuracy of data transfers
• Ability to analyze complex business problems to discover and resolve root causes
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, JSON and other technical data skills preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to develop effective work relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented problem solverAbility to handle multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment and collaborate in a team

New York, NY Salary Range

$96,800 — $121,000 USD

Denver, CO Salary Range

$88,800 — $111,000 USD

Charlotte, NC Salary Range

$80,800 — $101,000 USD
