Feedinkoo is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to manage trial data across multiple crops, coordinate cotton data and shipping, and support agronomy and marketing teams.

Job description

The primary responsibilities of this role, Data Entry Specialist, are to:

• Plot entry and management for Field Sales Reps and Technical Agronomists in Trial Management on call crops (Corn, Cotton, Soybean, Sorghum)
• Cotton quality data entry once received from local gin; order all cotton tags and bags for cotton sample shipping
• Enter all university and third-party trials for cotton
• Manage plots in Trial Management throughout the season and work with Technical Agronomists to approve release to Marketing
• Train field-facing roles in use of Trial Management
• Collaborate with Technical Agronomists on management and analysis of product characterization data and build a system for crop protection data analysis
• Coordinate demo material shipping
• Responsible for delivering the highest quality field data as part of the sales and agronomy units
• Collaborate with unit support squad members from Agronomy and Marketing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Familiarity with Trial Management, PTP, Velocity, Scout
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Capable of maintaining and working with large data sets
• Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative team-based environment
• Experience with standard MS Office computer software systems used in scientific data analysis, with ability to quickly learn new software programs and tools
• Problem solving skills

Compensation & Benefits

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $53,730.40 – $80,595.60. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.
