Carvana seeks a Title and Registration Specialist (Data Entry Specialist) in Little Rock, AR to manage customer vehicle registrations, verify documents, and complete filings for smooth ownership transfer.

You will interact with state and county licensing departments, review paperwork for accuracy, update customer records, and collaborate with colleagues across multiple business lines to ensure timely, precise administration.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of administrative or data entry experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong organization and data reconciliation abilities.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process, finalize, and mail out customer registrations.
• Review customer paperwork for accuracy.
• Interact with state and county government licensing departments, including in‑person and online document drop‑off and pick‑up, and filing paperwork with agencies.
• Work closely with the local DMV to pick up, receive, and file paperwork.
• Update customer records with the most current information.
• Interact with team members across various business lines.
• Assist other employees with customer follow‑up.
• Input, cross‑reference, and retrieve data from multiple internal and external databases.
• Maintain detailed notes within a customer tracking system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description

The Title and Registration Specialist role (Data Entry Specialist) focuses on the administrative aspects of registering our customers’ vehicles, checking documents, and completing administrative processes to ensure a smooth transition of vehicle ownership from Carvana to the customer.

Responsibilities

• Process, finalize, and mail out customer registrations.
• Review customer paperwork for accuracy.
• Interact with state and county government licensing departments, including in‑person and online document drop‑off and pick‑up, and filing paperwork with agencies.
