The role requires accurate transcription from source documents into an automated system, precise data entry, and reliable clerical support in a fast-paced environment. You will work on site at our professional office facility, choose your own hours with morning and afternoon shifts, and must pass a fingerprint background check.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work in a high-paced environment.
• Must pass fingerprint-based national background check.
• Ability to read and comprehend documents in English and cursive.
• Basic PC skills and 10-key by touch.
• Alpha 65+ wpm with 99% accuracy and sustained competitive entry rate required.
• At least one year of relevant experience preferred.
• References from previous employers.
• Local to Plano/Richardson area preferred.

All work must be completed at the Mentalix facility in a professional office building space, but the employee has flexibility to schedule their regular work hours during any period that meets their specific needs.
