Job summary

SpecialtyRx is seeking a Data Entry Pharmacy Technician for our Milford, MA location. The role supports the staff pharmacist by entering new orders, maintaining patient information, and generating dispensing labels.

The position requires fast typing, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a busy LTC pharmacy setting. Evening and weekend coverage available, with day shift options.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in pharmacy desire.
• Knowledge of brand names and generic medications.
• Ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently.
• Must be multi-tasking and reliable.
• Knowledge of SIG-Codes.
• Quick typing skills.
• Computer literate, knowledge of Frameworks LTC system, PLUS.

Responsibilities

• Enter new orders for staff pharmacist review.
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate customer information.
• Generate labels for dispensing.
• Answer phones and respond to order inquiries.
• Clarify orders as needed.
• Triage incoming faxes.
