SierTeK Ltd. is seeking two (2) Data Entry Operators to support an opportunity at Davis Monthan, AFB.

Position Overview Section

The Data Entry Operator will process inventory and supply transactions, maintain electronic and hardcopy records, research complex supply issues, and support inbound, outbound, and stored asset operations. The position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, data-entry accuracy, and the ability to research and reconcile information across multiple Government systems.

Essential Job Functions
Data Entry and Inventory Systems
  • Accurately enter and process inventory data transactions into Government automated information systems.
  • Utilize systems including:
    • AMARG Business System MAXIMO
    • Impresa
    • Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS) used for ST/STE
    • Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) used for ST/STE
    • Other applicable DoD automated equipment information systems.
  • Process inventory and supply transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining data integrity.
  • Review source documentation and system information to identify and correct discrepancies.
Supply Data Research
  • Utilize Government supply-data systems and research tools to validate applicable codes and ensure data accuracy.
  • Research information using systems and resources such as:
    • Defense Information Systems Agency (D043)
    • Federal Logistics Data (Fed LOG)
    • Foundational Logistics Information Technology Enterprise System (FLITES)
  • Cross-reference multiple data sources when researching newly entered and historical transactions.
  • Maintain familiarity with applicable supply codes, transaction requirements, and Government data systems.
Records and File Management
  • Organize, file, scan, label, archive, and maintain ST/STE and C03 supply transaction records.
  • Maintain records in a standardized configuration
  • Scan hardcopy records and attach them to the appropriate electronic MAXIMO or Impresa asset records.
  • Ensure electronic and physical files are appropriately named, organized, and readily retrievable.
  • Maintain records in accordance with established Government procedures and records management requirements.
  • Standardize incoming inventory records associated with supply actions
Production Work Orders and Inventory Transactions
  • Accurately process MAXIMO and Impresa data transactions associated with Production Work Order Requirements (PWR) and inventory operations.
  • Complete applicable transactions within
  • Track processing time for records and maintain a digital log accessible to the GR for inspection.
  • Maintain accurate workload and transaction tracking in accordance with applicable Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) requirements.
File Accuracy and Retrieval
  • Maintain and annotate files with a high degree of accuracy and consistency.
  • Provide efficient file-management practices to minimize backlogs and delays in locating records or material information.
  • Ensure records and files can be retrieved quickly and accurately.
  • Maintain performance within established quality requirements
  • Correct identified errors
Government Customer Support
  • Provide timely assistance to internal and external Government customers and other authorized organizations.
  • Support customers including:
    • Item managers
    • Program managers
    • Storage depot personnel
    • Government organizations
    • Commercial organizations
  • Respond to inquiries involving inbound, outbound, and stored assets, supply issues, inventory information, and transaction status
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with customers and Government personnel to resolve supply and inventory questions.
Complex Supply Transaction Research
  • Conduct detailed research into complex, unusual, or difficult-to-resolve supply transactions.
  • Cross-reference multiple Government databases and publications to verify transaction history and data accuracy.
  • Research both newly entered and historical information to identify inconsistencies, errors, or missing information.
  • Identify transaction patterns and recurring data issues that may affect inventory accuracy.
Inventory Problem Resolution
  • Research inventory problems by analyzing transaction errors, system failures, and supply database discrepancies.
  • Review applicable supply databases, publications, and supporting documentation to identify potential causes and solutions.
  • Document research findings and coordinate or route recommended solutions to the appropriate Government Representative (GR).
  • Follow up on unresolved issues as necessary to support timely resolution.
AMARG Parts Processing
  • Process AMARG Form 22, C03 Removed Item Listings resulting from aircraft inductions and reclamation activities.
  • Accurately process C03 parts removal and issue transactions, including applicable data loads and updates in MAXIMO and Impresa.
  • Complete required C03 parts
  • Verify source documentation and system entries for completeness and accuracy.
Shipping and Transportation Documentation
  • Complete, track, file, and maintain shipping documentation
  • Process applicable documentation, in accordance with established procedures.
  • Receive and log Government Bills of Lading (GBLs) associated with Government and contractor shipments of ST/STE to and from AMARG.
  • Maintain accurate documentation supporting shipment accountability and asset movement.
Electronic Records Management
  • Scan and electronically file inventory and supply records using Government-provided scanning equipment.
  • Appropriately name and organize electronic files according to established naming and filing conventions.
  • Transfer applicable electronic records into the database
  • Verify scanned records for completeness, readability, proper indexing, and association with the correct asset or transaction.
  • Maintain electronic records in a manner that supports efficient future retrieval and auditability.
Qualifications Minimum Position Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience performing data entry, clerical, administrative, records-management, inventory, logistics, supply, or related support functions.
  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to maintain data accuracy.
  • Ability to enter and process information accurately in computerized databases.
  • Ability to organize and maintain both electronic and hardcopy records.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to research information across multiple databases and source documents.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to learn and effectively use Government and DoD automated information systems.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with Government personnel, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to meet established processing deadlines and quality standards.
Highly Desired Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Air Force, DoD, military, aviation, logistics, supply, or depot operations.
  • Experience with MAXIMO, Impresa, ELMS, NERP, D043, Fed LOG, or FLITES.
  • Experience with inventory-management or supply-management systems.
  • Familiarity with aircraft maintenance, depot maintenance, reclamation, or aerospace logistics operations.
  • Experience processing Government forms, Bills of Lading, shipping documents, work orders, receiving documents, and disposition records.
  • Experience with electronic records management, document scanning, indexing, and archiving.
  • Knowledge of ST/STE, C03 assets, or similar Government equipment-management processes.
