Ibm is seeking a Data Entry Operator in Seattle to support data handling for customer and account records at our facility. You will enter data from source documents, verify accuracy, and prepare files for processing in a timely fashion.

The position is full-time and on site, with an 8-hour shift. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, fluency in English, and attention to data quality are required. Relocation to Dallas, TX 75234 is mandatory before starting.

• Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits
• Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output

Qualifications

• Computer literacy is a must
• Fluency in English along with grammatical knowledge
• Experience with using Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
• Data entry experience would be a plus
