Job summary

A healthcare leader is seeking a Data Entry Operator in Houston, TX. The role involves performing data entry of patients’ results accurately, managing lab systems for test results, and ensuring the integrity of patient data. Applicants should have a high school diploma, strong typing skills, and attention to detail. Qualifications

• Comfortable handling biological specimens.
• Previous experience in a data entry position is preferred.
• Previous medical or production experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry of patients’ results in a timely and accurate manner.
• Print out and distribute daily worksheets for technical staff.
• Use various laboratory systems to enter test results.
• Ensure test results are stored in their proper location.
• Call client with test results when necessary.
• Order supplies for the department when needed.
• Other administrative and clerical tasks as required.

Work Schedule

Tues‑Sat 3:00 am – 11:30 am.

Employees regularly scheduled to work20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only. Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
