ITAC Solutions, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk for a 3-4 month contract to support a manufacturing client during a system update. The role focuses on updating and validating customer data, interacting with customers by phone and email, and maintaining SAP master records with high accuracy.

You will work in-office on full-time hours, gain hands-on SAP experience, and collaborate with a safety-focused, long-established organization.

Responsibilities

• Research customer accounts and verify existing information.
• Contact customers by phone and email to confirm status and details.
• Update customer records based on research and responses.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer information in SAP.
• Update account flags and other master data as needed.
• Use Excel and Microsoft Office to support the project.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while handling detailed data.
